We are using cell phones almost every day. It is also carried by us wherever we go. Here is a Environmental working group which shows the amount of radiation each cell phone model gives. Based on this you can be able to determine the model with less radiations and go for it.

Yes,what you said is totally correct,but we nearrly couldnt live without cell phones today! we contact others most by cell phones! so it is hard to avoid radiation from it,but we can try to decrease the use times of the cell phones if possible!
